How to open cyber engine tweaks.
I've reinstalled multiple times and tried both the Dodi and Firgirl repacks. I don't have any issue getting the game to run, but I can't get the CET overlay to pop up. I've tried just about every solution I could find on the internet but I'm hoping I'm missing something.
