I think combing both Overload + Vex Strikeforce twice a day on overlaps would be fun. Alot of people find Neomuna isn't incentivising, especially because Neomuna weapons are hard to get. 30 minutes to do both Overload and kill all the minotaurs. That's an average of once every 4 hours, but it's not exactly 4 hours, and it's randomized, so there's no predictability.
