From hanging out on the Kimber Talk forum, it has become standard to break-in the Micro 9 with 124gr ammo as has been mentioned. Also, shoot the thing 'wet' during break-in, firm wrist and tight grip. Another trick is to use a Dremel with felt tip and Flitz to polish the feed ramp and inside of the chamber.
It cost about $1.75 to make. Go to your local hardware store and purchase a 3/8"diameter x 3/4" long nylon bolt and a 3/8" nylon nut. Thread the nut onto the bolt about half way. Lock the slide open and drop the bolt into the breech with the bolt down the barrel and the head of the bolt against the firing pin.As instructed in the video I put a round in the slide and under the extractor. I turned the slide upright and the round fell out indication that the extractor needed and adjustment. I took it out and put a slight bend in it as instructed, reinstalled it and placed another round in it.Gun was really dirty (good thing...means you have been shooting). Firing pin channel was so dirty, the pin would not light the round. Not to worry. If you wiggle the barrel kinda push it in and out while lining the slide up and push the slide stop pin out. It may take a bit of fanangaling but it will come apart. The guide rod won’t make contact with the slide stop pin. So it’s a matter of lining the slide up in the sweet spot to push the stop pin out.

I had my Micro 9 CTLG out 3-4 times, it has about 300-400 rounds through it now and so far it has run flawlessly.
