I just picked my truck up from the shop and my backup camera in the rear view mirror mysteriously won't come on while in reverse. Parking assist is on and the light next to the power button on the mirror is lit. Truck is a 2011 SLE.Step 1: You'll need to your GMC Acadia's fuse box location . On most makes and models, it's to the left of the driver's seat (when you are behind the steering wheel). Step 2: Once you access your vehicle's fuse box, you'll need to locate the radio fuse. Radio would still play but no lights or lights in my instrument cluster. If I hit the top of the dash above the radio it would come back on. Then lately my oil pressure gauge starting freaking out in my cluster.My dash lights have been progressively getting dimmer during the day to the point I cannot read my odometer. I have change the dimmer control light switch which did not help. (Unless when I bought a new one it was bad as well !!!) During the night the dimmer works fine. I can brighten the lights and dim them with the control knob.

With the ignition off, open the fuse box and remove the fuse (s) for the infotainment system (use the plastic tweezers provided if available). Now check the fuse (s) and see if the wire inside any of them is broken. The radio is the "master" of the MOST bus. The radio will set a "surrogate most master node upstream position" when there is a concern on the MOST bus.
