On the z-fold one yes, it does Voyager warranty as what appears to be a screen protector is actually integrated with the screen. On the z-fold 2 and z-fold 3 it does not void your warranty. YES YES and YES. You CAN and SHOULD remove the old peeling screen protector. No harm will happened to your phone screen if you remove it, but if you leave it and some sand grains or dust will catch between the screen and protector, you will have scratches for sure.
